Cobham SATCOM in Kgs. Lyngby is seeking a Supply Chain Planner & Coordinator to join our SIOP department. The Supply Chain Planner & Coordinator role will focus on demand planning, analysis, S&OP coordination and stakeholder management.

The Supply Chain Planner & Coordinator will drive weekly S&OP meetings with the relevant stakeholders in our sales and product management team. Furthermore, you will assist with the weekly demand plan in tight cooperation with the Demand Planner and SIOP Manager.

This role is instrumental in bridging our demand with similar supply plan, ensuring on time delivery to our customers and driving optimal customer satisfaction.  Furthermore, it is expected that you will identify and address continuous improvement of our process and data setup. You will act as a driver of business value by being the gatekeeper between our Operation & Sales teams plus many stakeholders both from SCM, Logistic, BI, Finance and Documentation.

You will be part of a global team located in Lyngby, Singapore and San Francisco. The role is based in our headquarters in Lyngby.

As a Supply Chain Planner & Coordinator your key responsibilities will be:       

•              Coordination and stakeholder management

•              Gather, analyse and prepare data for the weekly S&OP meetings

•              Overview of stock setup of parameters to meet targets for on time delivery

•              Set up easy overview for sales, to improve our customer service

•              Set up of KPI’s and tracking of these

•              Govern data in our planning system together with relevant stakeholders

•              Conduct continuous improvement to the current process and data setup

•              Ad-hoc analysis of supply chain processes

•              Support the ongoing transformation of the current operational setup

As a Supply Chain Planner & Coordinator your qualifications should ideally be:

•              Similar experience with Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred.

•              Experience working with BOM and production

•              Team player with strong analytical skills

•              Solid written and verbal communication skills

•              Attention to detail and pragmatic

•              High proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially excel

•              Experience working with ERP/MRP Planning systems as LN6 or Dynamics is an advantage

•              Experience working with PowerBI
