Compact performance
Sea Tel 3011 Ku-band antenna is a 75cm (30in) 3-Axis marine
stabilized antenna system for broadband connectivity. It features
leading technology concepts designed to reduce size whilst matching
performance of larger 1m systems.
Sea Tel 3011 enables global Ku-band coverage on Co Pol or Cross
Pol services, making it a versatile solution for a wide variety of
vessel types and size. It features a higher carrier to noise ratio,
which allows even more reliable communications anywhere within the
footprint.
Connectivity without compromise
Featuring the latest frequency-tuned radome design and
electronics used in the industry-leading Sea Tel XX09 series
systems, Sea Tel 3011 is certainly not designed for compromise.
It is packed with high performance features that acquire the
satellite and maintain tracking using industry-leading Sea Tel
tracking algorithms. Fast response rate to the ship's motion, next
generation electronics, four axes of pointing and three axes of
stabilization ensures a stable connection to the satellite
24/7.
Feature rich and flexible
Featuring solid state rate sensors and accelerometers, and high
torque servo motors, Sea Tel 3011 is a powerful, reliable system
that offers easy, even remote, maintenance alongside features such
as bluetooth and compatibility with the vessel's gyro.
Sea Tel 3011 is also compatible with a diverse range of modems,
networks and service. It utilises the advanced 19" rack mount DAC
2202 Antenna Control Unit, which offers all ports and connections
needed to set up and operate complex on board communication
networks.
Cutting-edge technology
Cobham SATCOM antennas are designed and built to exacting
standards. We develop and integrate innovative, cutting-edge
technology to ensure high performance and reliability in the
maritime arena, resulting in hardware that service providers and
end-users can trust.
For instance, Sea Teal 3011 is built on the industry-leading
stabilization platform that offers stabilization accuracy of 0.2°
(RMS). It withstands the harshest weather nature can throw at it.
In fact, that is practically what we do when we test our
systems.
